Job Overview

As a TA partner you will oversee and drive an end-to-end recruitment process, providing both hiring managers and candidates, an extraordinary customer experience. The primary focus of this role is to build strong relationships with hiring managers and to source candidates for open vacancies.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of recruiting services to our internal customer as well as a great hiring experience for our candidates. You will play a pivotal role in leading engagement with the TA Shared Service Center Team to drive efficiency and teamwork.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment

  • Cultivate and build relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members to meet the goals and metrics for the team

  • Key duties include but are not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, and onboarding of internal and external talents for all functional areas

  • Develop and communicate high-level sourcing strategies using multiple tools including market intelligence data or sourcing reports

  • Active sourcing via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards, and CRMs for building pipelines and talent networks

  • Partner with hiring managers to write attractive job advertisements

  • React in a timely manner to challenges that arise in the day-to-day recruitment lifecycle and proactively cooperate with the hiring manager on resolving potential roadblocks

  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

  • Utilize reporting KPIs, metrics, and dashboards provided to ensure data accuracy and a swift hiring process

  • Actively promote global talent attraction diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practices

  • Support key Global TA initiatives and projects

  • Attend and support career events and conferences at the discretion of the business as needed

What your background should look like:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent level of education

  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience of end-to-end in-house recruitment; additional HR experience is a plus

  • Fluent English and German skills; any other language is a plus

  • Several years’ experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally with SuccessFactors) and social recruiting tools

  • Proven capability to build quickly and maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Successful track record in managing multiple complex recruitment processes in a matrix organization

  • Proven track record recruiting in an industrial environment

  • Successful track record in working with senior stakeholders on key hires

  • Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and communicate effectively to attract top talent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members

Nice to have

  • Experience with dashboards, metrics, KPIs; using the data to drive recruitment focus and strategies

  • Proficient in sourcing strategies, utilizing a variety of tools and channels to identify and attract top-tier talent

  • Ideally experience recruiting across multiple countries

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
