What you will do
The Supply Chain Transformation Business Development Leader(BDM) is responsible for building sales pipeline and developing opportunities for Oracle’s Supply Chain Cloud offering through a variety of customer touchpoints, channels and event, driving overall Supply Chain sales growth. The Supply Chain BDM defines, plans, orchestrates and executes Demand Generation campaigns and events, in line with the regional Go-To-Market strategy, sales objectives and programs. The Supply Chain BDM partners and aligns closely with the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Oracle team such as Marketing, Sales, BDAs and A&C and externally with agencies, suppliers and others. The Supply Chain BDM owns the local/regional Go-To-Market initiatives/campaigns and drives the entire demand generation process from campaign definition, account segmentation, agenda creation, execution and follow-up/hand-over to Sales.
Key Activities:
————-Responsible for the Oracle Supply Chain Demand Generation across Gulf region to drive overall growth, meeting an agreed quota of sales pipeline and opportunities
•Drive Supply Chain pipeline creation & progression by identifying, defining and orchestrating campaigns, including 1:1, 1:few and 3rd party events, digital campaigns, etc. in alignment with Oracle’s Dem Gen plan, GTM strategy and objectives, that will help lead to an increase in sales
•Assist & contribute to regular Dem Gen Boards, Territory and Account Planning with Sales Leaders and teams
•Deliver subject matter expertise and provide specialist advice on customer needs in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud – should be customer facing and help sales team with customer facing activities
•Contribute to tailored GTM assets, unique value propositions, messaging and differentiators, using knowledge of the customer needs, market and competitors
•Contribute individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation
•Achieve a high level of collaboration and alignment with in-country Marketing, Sales, A&C and other teams by developing and delivering against the joint strategy with the Sales representatives and partners
•Nurture and develop relationships with key customer accounts if so required
