Job Overview
The Operation Supervisor role is a critical position responsible for ensuring the achievement of operational KPIs for the Production Liner (PL) Business Unit in the country. This role will actively participate and lead strategic planning, negotiation of startup projects, and collaborate with the Country Business Development Manager for tendering and contracts. Building strong relationships with the workforce and client base is a key aspect of this role, along with addressing tooling requirements at working locations through effective sourcing.
Responsibilities:

Understand and comply with quality, safety, and company policies of Weatherford.

Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy, Quality Management System, Standard Operating Procedures, Workplace Instructions, and HSSE policies.

Collaborate closely with customers’ drilling engineers, asset managers, and reservoir engineers to identify potential Liner business opportunities, schedule, and coordinate revenue-generating operations through sound management.

Develop new opportunities and manage existing operations to ensure growth and profitability of the product line.

Monitor revenue generation, compare actual revenue to budgeted figures, and advise on deviations.

Participate in developing operational objectives, cohesive operational plans, and support the product tactical plan to meet operational and technical objectives.

Assist in sourcing major product requirements.

Maintain regular contact with customers through Country Product Line Operation Managers to support their requirements.

Work with Asset Management teams to assess locally held assets and inventory, supporting efforts to reduce slow and non-moving inventory in the region.

Collaborate with Country Product Line Operation Managers to increase utilization of locally held assets.

Participate in developing the product line’s tactical plans in the Country Operation market and implement key aspects of the plan.

Guide clients through Weatherford’s tendering and contract process.

Work with the Business Intelligence team to understand global client information (spend, operations, competition, etc.).

Follow Weatherford’s business objectives as outlined in the Business Management System (BMS).

Ensure compliance with the Weatherford Competence Assurance System.

Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of delinquent accounts.

Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

Ensure client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing management of any problems that may arise.

Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.

Communicate goals and represent the team’s interests.

Understand company capabilities, services, and effectively communicate all offerings to customers.

Maintain relationships with all key decision-makers and understand customers’ buying styles and processes.

Ensure all Commercial processes are processed through TPMS to maximize efficiency of pricing & tendering.

Perform various other duties assigned by superiors within the physical constraints of the job or outlined by the GeoZone Business Unit Manager in assigned objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Liner Hanger System, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
